• All content, designs, logos, and images on this site are the property of Raabiya by Navya and cannot be used or reproduced without written permission.

2. Product Information

• We strive to provide accurate product descriptions, sizing, and colors. However, slight variations may occur due to lighting or display settings.
• All prices are listed in INR and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless otherwise mentioned.

3. Orders & Payments

• Orders are processed once payment is received in full.
• We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion. In such cases, the customer will be informed and the amount refunded (if applicable).
• For custom or personalized orders, full payment must be made in advance, and such items are not eligible for exchange.

4. Exchange Policy

• We offer exchanges only; refunds are not provided.
• To be eligible for an exchange:
• You must request it within 2 days of receiving the order.
   Items must be unused, unwashed, and with original tags intact.
   Sale items and customized products are not eligible for exchange.
• If you've received a damaged or incorrect item, please report it within 48 hours of delivery.

5. Shipping Policy

• We offer free shipping across India. Delivery usually takes 7–10 working days.
• Express delivery is available on request within India. Contact us directly to arrange.
• For customers in Delhi/NCR, same-day delivery is available at an additional cost.
• We now ship internationally, with shipping charges calculated based on destination and weight. International customers are responsible for customs fees/import duties.

• We collect your name, email, address, and payment details only to process your order and enhance your shopping experience.
• Your data is shared only with trusted third-party services like payment gateways and courier partners.
• We never sell or misuse your personal data.
